Serve as real estate Administrative Assistant and Transaction Coordinator. Support agents by managing files from contract acceptance to closing. This requires acceptance of earnest money, coordinating inspections and ensuring repairs are completed on schedule, tracking appraisal timelines, and creating listing and closing packets as necessary.
Other responsibilities include: greeting clients, scheduling showings, collecting feedback, updating company website, creating social media updates and advertising materials, and managing office supplies.
Required skills and attributes:
College degree highly preferred
Knowledge of or willingness to learn real estate terminology and procedures
Must have excellent oral/written communication and proofreading/editing skills
Excellent organizational and follow-up skills
Proficiency with Mac OS and G-Suite and/or Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Ability to maintain confidentiality, meet deadlines, prioritize multiple responsibilities, work independently, and improve efficiency while under general supervision
Excellent customer service skills while working with the general public and with occasional interruptions
Must be an enthusiastic self-starter
Preferred skills and attributes:
Administrative, office, or clerical experience
Proven engagement from blogging and social media
Knowledge of real estate practices
