Maria Munjack is an East Coast native. She moved to Lafayette, Indiana, over 20 years ago to be closer to family and put down her Hoosier roots. She enjoys cheering on her son, Evan, at basketball games and supporting him in all of his pursuits—on and off the court.
Maria earned her B.A. in Communications from Monmouth University in West Long Branch, New Jersey. She began her career in marketing with Alloy Marketing and Promotions, where she built a strong foundation in strategy and event-driven brand promotion before moving into retail management.
After relocating to Indiana, Maria joined Walmart, gaining valuable leadership experience across retail and manufacturing. During her time as a Walmart Optical Area Manager, she became closely connected to the community and grew to love the charm of Crawfordsville and the surrounding areas.
Maria loves helping clients navigate the buying and selling process and making it feel a little less overwhelming along the way. She’s especially drawn to the small-town feel of west central Indiana and enjoys helping others find a place that truly feels like home.
In her free time, Maria enjoys taking Jeep rides through the country—one of her favorite ways to explore Montgomery County and beyond. Those once unfamiliar gravel roads have now become second nature to this former city-slicker, reflecting just how much she’s embraced life in Indiana.
Maria is known for her clear, honest communication and down-to-earth approach. She works to make the process feel smooth, approachable, and tailored to each client’s goals.
